Raymond Cain, age 70, of Booneville, AR went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 26, 2008. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He was born January 25, 1938 to Sherman Andrew & Josephine Potinsky Cain. He was a Machinist. He was an Air Force veteran. He married Bonnie Hodges on May 15, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska. They moved to California to raise their family. He retired to Booneville 14 years ago. He was a member of the Grace Church of Booneville. He helped build the new church building. He was happy to be there every time the doors were open. He loved his church family. God saw that he was not to be, so Jesus put his loving arms around him and whispered, "Come to me."

He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Hodges Cain of Booneville, AR; three daughters, Kathleen McCowan of Bentonville, AR; Karen Cain of Big Bear, CA; and Kristine Cambre of New Orleans, LA; a son, Jerry Ray and wife, Estella Ann Cain, son, Quentin of Muskogee, OK; and a brother Howard Cain of Knoxville, TN; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and various relatives.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2008 at Grace Church in Booneville. Visitation will be 2-4 Sunday, July 27, 2008 at Roller Funeral Home of Booneville. Burial will be at Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Booneville.

Pallbearers will be Rick Cain, Danny Biggs, Scott Quick, Howard Cain, Kevin Sobalvarro, and Larry Merrill.
