Dorothy Louise Franklin, 79, of Benton died Tuesday, January 7, 2020. She was born October 1, 1940 in Benton to the late Virgil and Nellie Wheeler Shelton. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include one son, Randall Franklin (Jennifer) and one sister, Joyce Boyd.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
