While it saddened me to hear of JK's passing, it also brought a big smile to see all the wonderful memories in the family video. He truly was a wonderful man. I know you will all miss him dearly; he has gone to an amazing "retirement" home. My prayers are for all of you.

Kenny and Family,
I guess you could say that I am very proud to say that I am JK's mysterious, mischievous, and many times missing "little brother " and very proud to be called Uncle Mike in the Gibbs family circles. I must be handsome because many thought I was JK's little brother at Kenny and Ann Marie's wedding. That night further solidified my love for the brother I like to call the Rattlesnake. Even though I did not see JK often, his impression on me the wedding night never faded. I saw the values that Kenny shows everyone who meets him pour out of JK. He was truly a gentle giant to admire and learn from, as well as smile and laugh with. I know he will be missed but take it from a "little brother", he will not be forgotten. God Speed JK !! I will now have to get Kenny to watch my back and Spruce Street Irregulars usually need a little bit of that. Love to all of the family.

Joy, Kenny, Dana, Andrea & Heidi, I was so sad to hear of JK's passing; Dad told me this evening. I always enjoyed seeing him out piddling on the lot, even after the old homeplace was gone. Somehow seeing him out there took me back to my childhood... and I loved that. Please find comfort in knowing that so many care and so many will pray for God's good peace. Me included. Love you all bunches.
