Elbert Lee Sharp, 71 , of West Memphis, AR passed away October 4, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN Mr Sharp was a retired maintenance supervisor at St Franics Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father John Albert Sharp. He is survived by his wife: Joy Jean (Brown) Sharp of West Memphis, AR.: two sons, Terry and Martha Ame Sharp of Little Rock, AR, Tim Sharp of Clarkedale, AR.; three brothers , Albert Sharp of Mountain Home, AR, Dennis Sharp of Saffell, AR., Delbert Sharp of Memphis, TN, one sister, Carolyn Huskey of Saffell,AR, and his mother Louise Davis of Saffell, AR ; two grandchildren, Jonathon Lee Sharp & Cameran William Sharp both of Little Rock, AR

Terry and Mom, I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Elbert. Che just stopped by on her way back to LR and told me, I wish I had of known sooner so I could have gone to the funeral today. I really thought a lot of Mr. Elbert and I really enjoyed the time that I went to your house and visited with ya'll. He was a good man. Life will be truly different without you in it, Paw, Paw. I will miss your big wide smile, pulling those pranks, and laughter. You were a wonderful father-in-law that became a (dad) to me. I will cherish you always! Go into the light, but guide those who will miss you the most, Maw Maw, Terry and Tim, and especially your grandsons, Jon and Cameron.
