of Little Rock, AR
September 27, 1927 - August 17, 2018
Wanda Price O'Kelley, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on August 17, 2018 at the age of 90. She was born September 27, 1927 in Guy, AR, to the late E. Carlton Price and Clarice Quattlebaum Price. She grew up in a large family with six siblings and survived two house fires during her childhood, destroying homes and contents but never snuffing out her indomitable, positive spirit. She married D. Ned O'Kelley on March 3, 1945, married 48 years, and raised their family of three children in Conway, AR. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, canning, attending piano recitals, athletic events and church activities.
Wanda loved spending time with family, traveling to see the Fall foliage, attending Bible schools, associating with friends from her church, her Treasured Friends group, and those with whom she spent the last six years at Good Shepherd Ecumenical Retirement Community, The Cove Building. Special thanks to Jimmy and Beverly Williams, Managers of The Cove, who are the ''mom and dad'' to all the residents.
She is survived by two daughters, Diane O'Kelley, Escondido CA, and Rita O'Kelley Stone (Kent), Little Rock, AR, sister Verla Young, Ft. Worth TX, one granddaughter, Alissa O'Kelley Martinez (John), Conway, AR, three grandsons Shawn Eustis (Rebekah) Escondido, CA, Jonathan O'Kelley (Naomi), Conway, AR, Ryan Eustis (Sophie), San Diego CA, six great grandchildren Madeline, Chloe and Julia Eustis, Escondido, CA, Kayla and Grant O'Kelley, Conway, AR, Henry Eustis, San Diego, CA and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband D. Ned O'Kelley, son D. Mark O'Kelley, three sisters, Elva Price Willard, Auda Price Bledsoe, Sallie Price Sarrett and two brothers, Durward E. ''Ed'' Price and Billy Joe ''Bill'' Price.
Wanda was of the Christadelphian faith and attended weekly in Maumelle AR unless bad weather or lack of a ride prevented her from going, where she was the first to arrive. In fact, she was early for everything she attended. She looked forward to the return of Christ and the setting up of His Kingdom on earth.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 22nd from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR with a Celebration of her life following at 11:00 a.m. in the Roller Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Jim Pidcock officiating.
Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. at Martinville Cemetery, Martinville AR.

Dear Rita,
We are so sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Richard and Carol
My only regret is that I didn't get to know Wanda better. She raised a beautiful daughter (and son) and I know there will be a huge void in the lives of the people that knew her. Prayers going up to Rita, Kent and family.
I was so glad I got to visit with her in May. Pleasant memories from KBS and ARBS.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours...
May Wanda be remembered forever in the legacy she leaves in her daughters and family that she influenced in life... for eternity.
Blessings,
Teresa
We will surely miss our sweet Sis. Wanda
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Sorry to hear of the loss of such a sweet woman. Condolences to Rita and Dianne, and to the many nieces and nephews and circle of friends. I will remember her calm demeanor and her smile, and think of her friendship to my mother, Joy Mahan, at the Bible School in Martinville. A good life lived to a ripe old age. Precious to the Lord.
Dearest Rita and Diane and Family
From what I have heard about your Mother, she was a great woman and very strong in her faith. She did an excellent job in raising her family. I'm sorry you are going through this difficult time, and I'm praying for peace for you and your family.

What a great lady Wanda was and is; she will be greatly missed. The folks of Good Shepherd Community will surely miss her smile and upbeat personality; Wanda was such a happy person; kind and gentle in all her ways.
Prayers and thoughts surround you continuously at this sad time. May God's steady presence comfort and sustain you.
