Survivors include his wife, Ann Toombs of the home; sons, C. W. and his wife, Katie Toombs and Randy S. Toombs all of Jonesboro; daughters, Brandy Toombs of Black Oak, Stephanie and her husband, Tony Dale of Caruthersville, Missouri; sisters, Jo Ann Riley of Caraway, Phyllis Clay of Trumann; grandchildren, Kayla Cartwright, Kyle Cartwright, Matthew Baney, Michael Nordmeyer, Kayte Tramel, Karly Tramel, Beth Tramel, Lyndsey Dale and Dalton Monroe Slaughter; his Mother and Father-in-law, Frances and Billy Bratton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Hallie Toombs; a sister, Gylinda Carmicheal and a brother, Wayne Toombs.
Funeral services will be at
Active pallbearers will be Ernie Milsap, John Brannon, Stan McMillin, Jerry Hutchison, Butch Whitten and Jim Pinson.
Visitation will be from
Memorials may be made to The Northeast Arkansas Funeral Directors Club Scholarship Fund or the American Cancer Society.

Ann, Once again I am trully sorry for your loss. I thought alot of Randy. He was always very easy to deal with, he would go out of his way to help in any way he could. He will be trully missed. I was out of town and unable to attend the visitation or funeral. I am a funeral director and a member of the NEAFDA. May god bless you and your family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Randy was such a great person, so good and kind to everyone. I had the pleasure of working with him when he was in the Criminal Division at ASP. I am very sorry of our dear brother Randy I enjoyed working with Randy . We shared many good times together.. I will keep yall in my prayers.. but one thing left to say he was a great guy and had he made lots of friends...
I am very saddened to hear of Randy's death. I always enjoyed visiting with him at the NEAFDC meetings, and I always appreciated the work he did for us at Roller-Crouch. He will be missed very much. May God comfort your family during this very difficult time, and know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of Randy's death. I have known the Toomb's Trade Service for several years and Randy was always so nice to talk with. He really did care.
