Mary Meleese Wheeless, 87, of West Memphis died Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Broadway Health Care in West Memphis.
Mrs. Wheeless was a member of The Marion First Baptist Church, the Co-Owner of Service Amusement Company Inc.;, a member of Marion Town and Country Garden Club and the Red Hat Society.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Howard Wheeless Sr, a son Marion Howard Wheeless Jr.
She is survived by three daughters, Doris McAllister-Wheeless of Kingsport, TN; Susan McClain (Mac) of Atoka, TN; Delores Wheeless of West Memphis, AR; three sons, Charles Wheeless of West Memphis, AR; Woody Wheeless (Diane) of Marion, AR; and German Media Gandarillas of Bolivia, South America a sister, Molly Gray of Walnut Ridge, AR; a brother Charles Wayne Stark of Ga., ten grandchildren, Sherry Garza, John Lester Mayes, Jamie Harrison, Brett Gambrel, Felecia Wagner, Amy Dixon, Amanda Santucci, Stephanie Uhlhorn, April Laverton and Diane Phillips, seven great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

We will miss her humor and every time we go to the farm at cherry valley. She grew up there and learned to drive on those gravel roads. Love and sympathy to all the family.
I always loved Mrs Mary. When we lived in Marion we went to church with her. She was so young at heart. I remember when she got her candy apple red convertible. I think about her often. Bless you all.
