Zane Ross Gorman, age 27, of Sherwood, Arkansas. Born March 2, 1988 passed away, March 4, 2015. He was a proud veteran of the 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard and an exceptional student of UALR/Pulaski Tech.
He loved listening to music, gaming and having philosophical discussions while spending time with family and friends. He had the biggest heart and the kindest soul. He loved and was loved by many. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his mother Melba Gorman of Sherwood, AR, step father James Spakes of Hot Springs, AR, father Dennis Gorman and step mother Liza Gorman of Phrump, NV, brother Bryce Gorman, sister Valerie Gorman, Niece Mya Gorman, Nephew Colby Dean, Grandmother Pauline Lind, Grandfather Loy Gorman and William Fippen, 2nd cousin Amanda Cox, also by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Teddy Lind and Grandmother Frances Fippen.
Viewing will be held, Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 1:00 P.M., followed by a service at 2:00 P.M. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, AR 72116 (791-7400)

I served with Zane at the 188th and overseas in 2012. He was a fine young man. I made a copy of his picture and hung it in my classroom in remembrance of him this week. My prayers with always be with you. May God grant you peace and comfort in the days to come.
