Roy Mark Grimmett, age 42, passed away, Saturday, May 28, 2005 at his home in Ferndale. He was born July 22, 1962 in Benton. He attended Smyrna Bible Church.

He is survived by his wife Linda; two stepchildren, Katie and Brandon; his parents, Roy and Rosia Ann Grimmett; two brothers, Forrest and wife Marlana Grimmett, Allen and wife Angela Grimmett; grandmother, Ethel Grimmett, all of Ferndale; and a host of Nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mark loved to read and garden. His discussions of history and other topics will be missed.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at Smyrna Bible Church with Rev. Benny Stickley officiating. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501-224-8300) from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I had just figured out from my best friend Michelle Woods which is Marks niece. She and I are very sad about this but we know he is in a good place now. I may not know him by looks but Michelle has told me so many great things about him that I wish I could have met him face to face.
