I never got to meet her, i was only 3 when she passed away. I'm the youngest of her great nieces and nephews, but from what I hear she was a wonderful and kind woman who was very loved and respected.

Dad...I don't entirely know what to say or how to say it. I just want you to know I love you very much. Kathy was a wonderful woman and I know she made you happy. Things may seem dark right now, but just know that I will always be here for you. Although our lives get busy and time passes so quickly...I'm just a phone call away. Please let me know if you need anything. I think about you everyday and want nothing more than for you to be happy again. I love you.

Dearest Steve,
Words cannot express how deeply Kathy's passing has saddened us, so we can only imagine how brokenhearted you are. The love you shared was a true inspiration and her light will be missed in this world, which must seem terribly dark to you right now, and to our family of friends on CR15. Give your friends and family the blessing of helping and give time a chance to heal. May God bless and keep you, dear friend.
We love you.

Steve, Butch and I are so very sorry.Kathy was such a beautiful lady, inside and out.. She always made us feel so welcome in your home. And we always enjoyed our visits so much. I got such a kick out of "junktiquing" with her. She was just such an amazingly warm, sweet soul. She will be missed by so many.. I know your heart is breaking without her. But try to let your beautiful memories of her keep you strong. Until your together again one day, in the Lord's house. I know until then she'll be watching over you. Much love Butch and Carol

Steve,

We are sorry we will be out of town for Kathy's
service...Will be thinking about you, Pretty useless to try and put into words our feelings about Kathy's passing. .You know how we feel about your terrible loss. . She is at peace...as we talked about this, or tried--there is really a lot to question, but there is no good answer. You are one of my best friends, and I am here for anything you need, as are the other 2 amigos...and many more as you have found out. Every day is a challenge now. I see your strength and love of life returning and that makes me happy. Be strong and know that Kathy loved you very much...and your loss is also her loss. You won't get over your loss, but I know you will come back, stronger than ever, with lots of good memories that will never leave you. Think about the good times, and there were many. Keep those thoughts front and center. You have many friends that care for you...don't forget that on your down days. See you soon, hunting and fishing with the fun memories of Kathy right there
with you. Chin up, my friend. Luv ya man.

Dear Steve,
Down at the lake, six years ago or so, Kathy was on your boat dock while I was walking our Bonnie. We chatted a bit and I said "so, are you getting married?" While holding up her left hand on which was a beautiful ring, she responded, "can't sleep with Steve if I don't. My mother would NEVER forgive me!!" Kathy surely did live up to her middle name, didn't she? She gave me one of her metal bowls for whipping cream, and I will always cherish it. Give time........time, Steve. You have many friends all around you who love you and share your sorrow. Hugs, Nancy and Ted
