Robert Allen Staggs, 58, of Batesville died Saturday, August 3, 2013 at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
He was born November 1, 1954 in Modesto, California and was the son of Jim E. Staggs and Glenda Phillips Staggs.
He was a US Army Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, yard work and spending time with family and friends. He was retired as a satellite technician.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Staggs of Batesville; father, Jim E. Staggs of Willow Springs, Missouri; a son, Chris Davison and a daughter, Barbara Jefferies both of Batavia, Iowa; three brothers, Tim Hicks of Searcy, Arkansas, Dennis Staggs of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Troy Staggs of West Plains, Missouri; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Staggs; brother, Richard Staggs; and sisters, Mona Parker and Debbie Staggs.
