Thoughts and prayers to the entire Loftis family. I have lots of great memories of Brenda as a pretty young lady. I know the Lord is holding her close and she is free of all these earthly troubles. Rest in Peace.

We were very sorry to hear of our cousin's passing. Seems like only a short time ago we saw at Martha Jean's funeral. So many of my cousins are departing this world, at such young ages.

Please accept our condolences, and let us know when we may attend any memorial or burial services. Would some close family member please call me at 501-882-0196?

The poem below was written for Brenda by her sister Barbara Ann Loftis Lee

Go Softly My Sister
May you go softly into the night
after two years of fighting a terribly brave fight.
May you be gathered into heaven’s warm bright light
As you move forward to embrace the wonderous sight.
Your family awaits you with anticipated joy,
all of those who have passed this way before.
Love, grace, and happiness will surround you
for the rest of your sweet heavenly life.
Heaven’s warm song will swell your heart and
strike the final blow to hurt, fear and strife.
Rest gently sweet darling knowing you were and are loved
by family, neighbors, friends and God up above.
Say hello to our loved ones we have not seen in a while,
tell them we are coming wearing a big smile.
We love you and pray your passing is as gentle
as the first flake of snow.
And salute your brave passing as the example
of how we would want to go.
