of Batesville, AR
October 27, 1933 - December 27, 2012
Mrs. Patsy Raye Rust was called home to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 27, 2012.
She was the youngest of nine children born to Bent and Ethel Rawlings McClain on October 27, 1933. She grew up in Newark, Arkansas and later moved to Batesville where she worked and raised her family.
She is survived by her three children who she loved with all her heart, Pamela James-Brown of Pensacola, Florida and her husband Tony; Chris Magouyrk and his wife, Suzanne; and her youngest daughter, Leslie Rust Harris, all of Batesville.
She is the grandmother of four beautiful granddaughters, of which she was so very proud, Molly and Mason Magouyrk, Elizabeth Dale Harris, and Kari James-Foust. She recently had become a great-grandmother to a baby boy, Austin Foust. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and dear friends as well.
For many years, she was a devoted member of West Baptist Church. Her passion for Christ led many to receive Him in their life. For many years, she worked at White Rodgers and was also employed by North Arkansas Human Services as a social worker before she retired.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Harvey Dale Rust; her five brothers and three sisters. Her beloved mother and father have also gone before her and no doubt they are rejoicing her arrival.
Pallbearers will be Keith Limbaugh, Jimmy Limbaugh, Jerry McClain, Larry McClain, Danny McClain, and Richard McClain.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Roller-Crouch Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Limbaugh. Burial will follow at Blue Springs Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.

So sorry to hear about your loss. May it help you to know that Revelation 21:4 says: "death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". Yes, God will get rid of death forever, because he loves us and know that we are in pain and suffing when we loss a loved one. Please find comfort in these facts.
I am so sorry for your loss. When things like this happen I turn to the bible for comfort. At Revelation 21:4 we are given the promise that "death will be no more neither will mourning nor out cry nor pain be any more." God also gives us the promise of seeing our dead loved ones again. (John 5:28, 29) Both scriptures uplift me during difficult times like this I pray that it does the same for you.
