He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by four brothers Charlie Vaughn (Dee) of Cleveland, Ohio, Guy Vaughn (Hazel) of Searcy, Donald Vaughn (Carrie Mae) of Kensett, Dickie Vaughn (Lavada) of Searcy, three sisters Glenda Duke, of Searcy, Shirley Remy (Roy) of Benton, Ola Mae Vaughn of Searcy, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Mr. Vaughn requested no services.
