Debra L. Wiggins-Perkins, 58, of Greenbrier, passed away Monday, November 21, 2011. Born in Jena, Louisiana on July 22, 1953, she was a daughter to Vernon A. Wiggins of Port Arthur, TX and Doris Moseley-Challie of Lumberton, TX. Debra was a loving wife, of 37 years, mother and grandmother and was of the Baptist faith. Debra obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Texas at Tyler , TX and taught language arts for thirteen years, last five years for the Bentonville School District, Bentonville, AR. She served as church secretary at Central Baptist Church in Tyler, TX, where she and her husband, Jim were members.
Debra is survived by her devoted husband, James N. Perkins; her previously mentioned parents; daughter, Marcey A. Perkins-Khalil of Greenbrier, AR; son, James Wesley Perkins of Fayetteville, AR; grandson, Zayden J. Khalil of Greenbrier, AR; brothers Vernon A. Wiggins and Terry W. Wiggins, both of Beaumont, TX and a host of extended family and friends.
The memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, on Friday, December 2, 2011, at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with Bro. Michael Collier officiating.
