Clarence C. Green 85, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas died Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born July 13, 1926 at Geronimo, Oklahoma to the late Samuel and Ada Bell (Gibson) Green.

Clarence was a retired veteran of twenty years in U.S. Navy during WW II and U.S. Army during the Korean War and the beginning of the Vietnam Era.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Bobby Green, two sisters, Mamie Lee Stair and Lois Samuel, two brothers, Archie Droger and Mitchell Green.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Mattie T. (Wyatt) Green, three sons and one daughter, Kippie Green, David Green, Glen Bell and Regina Rohrer, six grandchildren, Shawn Gates, Clifton Green, Allen Bell, Rikki Shockley, Sarai Green, and Kimberly Peck, six great-grandchildren, Gabriel Peck, Elijah Peck, Tessa Bell, Kiley Bell, Abby Bell and Emily Bell, three sisters, Rose Mary Cox, Lilly Fryar, and Estaline Lupin, and one brother, Ernest Green, and many relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Clifton Green, Shawn Gates, Allen Bell, Ethan Gates, Elijah Peck, and Jona Gates.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas.

Funeral Service will be 10:00am Friday, September 30, 2011 at Botkinburg Community Four Square Church with Pastor Ester Bass officiating. Burial will follow with U.S. Army Honors at Rest Hills Memorial Park - North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Clinton, Arkansas.

We will so miss our brother but it is such a comfort to know he is with our mother, dad, sister, and our other three brothers and many more of our love ones, but most of all with Jesus. We pray God will comfort Pat, and children. God bless them all.
