Oh Im so sorry to hear of Dr Beavers passing. I was looking on the internet to refer a friend to him for TMJ ailment. He had been so caring and informative with me. I am a difficult patient and he and his professional staff cared for me like family. I was even homeless for a time of my treatment and when he over heard me the next time I came in he walked right up and asked me if I had found an apt, which I had. Most people shy away from that but not him. He had character and love for all.

I checked my mail yesterday and saw a letter from the Arkansas TMJ Clinic, recognizing the logo from being a patient of Dr. Beaver's 2 years ago. I thought it was a follow up letter. I then read that it was the passing of Dr. Beaver's. Immediately I was in shock not expecting this news at all. Not even knowing that he was sick. He was such a wonderful, thoughtful, caring, successful and kind man. I would drive 2 hours once a month, at least to go through TMJ therapy. I was referred by a good friend of his that I worked for at the time, Dr. Cremeen who spoke highly of him. My heart just goes out to all of his family. I will pray for comfort in your heart to know that he is in a better place. Till we all meet again. God Bless!

I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I really thought he would get better and eventually return to work. I just learned about it today, and I am at a loss for words. Thank you Doctor Beavers for fixing my TMJ and straightening my teeth. The world was a better place with you.

So sorry for the family. I truly wish the best for each and every member along with my deepest condolences. Please remember that there is a better place for us all and Sammy has lead the way.

My condolences go out to the family. I loved this man. He was the best at his work. He is in a better place, God make no mistakes. He only takes the best and Dr. Beavers was ther best.

I am saddened by the passing of such a wonderful man. I have only been seeing Dr. Beavers for about a year but also have taken my daughter to him and she loved him also. The last time I saw him was when I found out he was ill. What a trouper! There he was in the office doing what he loved! I am a cancer survivor, so I understood why he was there! He will be missed. His family will be in my prayers. Sherry

I am so saddened this morning, as I received the letter notifying me of Dr. Beavers' passing. I have only been a patient of his for 10 months, but during that time he became someone I greatly respected and admired. He is by far the best doctor of any kind that I've ever had; and what he did for my tmj disorder was remarkable in alleviating years of pain. I always felt that Dr. Beavers truly cared about my well-being, and I will forever be grateful for the role he played in my health. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and staff during this time.

I was truly saddened to receive the notice of Dr. Beaver's passing in the mail today. My girls DeeDee and Desarie have been patients of his for the past seven years. We followed him from Monarch Dental. Please know he was more than a dentist, he cared as a friend would. His constant concern for how the girls were performing in school to outside activities and even the "boys" currently in their lives did not go unnoticed. He has left a void that cannot be filled. He truly was a great person! My prayers are with the you, because I know your void in life is even greater.

We will miss you. Our prayers are with the family and many other who knew you.

Sorry. We would miss Dr,Beavers

Cynthia and Natalie,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Sam. Both of you are in my thoughts and prayers. He was such a sweet man. Love you both!
-Ella

Cynthia, I was shocked when I called to make an appt. for myself to see Sam and was told he had left his body. I had a true professional connection with him as he understood and respected alternative medicine, specifically Colon Hydrotherapy, which as you know, is not the usual response from Doctors and Dentists here in AR. He did so much for Alternative Medicine and gave me, as an I-ACT National Board Certified Instructor of Colon Hydrotherapy, his professional support and respect which meant the world to me. His personality was very warm and caring of everyone he met which made him stand out even more. I have missed seeing you over the years and I am thinking of you and your family now as you go thru this time of letting go and faith. I have made an appt. to see whomever is there now in the office and talked with Tiffany by phone today. She is very nice and cared deeply for Dr. Beavers. Hope to see you soon.

I WENT FOR MY ORTHO APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY AND WAS SADDENED TO HEAR ABOUT DR.BEAVERS. HE WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON AND HE WILL TRULY BE MISSED.

I was very saddened to hear about Dr Beavers passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

After dealing with so much pain for years, I gave in to go see Dr. Beavers. (Insurance didn't cover it, but I was willing to pay for it to keep my sanity.) I could tell Dr. B. was special --in the way of understanding TMJ than other dentists in town. After getting a splint fitting, my pain was gone! I was amazed. Now I'm saddened that I won't get to finish my 2nd phase w/ Dr. B. My condolences to his family, staff, patients like myself and his friends. It was too soon for you to go and you will be missed. Rest in peace, Dr. Beav!

GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY SAM AND REST IN PEACE
TO A WONDERFUL TMJ SPECIALIST WHO HAS HELPED SO MANY YOU WILL BE MISSED BY MANY

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. He was truely a caring individual and will be missed. My children have beautifule smiles because of Dr. Beavers. I enjoyed working with him and his staff . We have lost a dear person.

Dr. B u definitely made an impact in my life by employing me and your practice inspired me to become a dental assistant. You will be sadly missed but left your mark on many of us for ever. My thoughts an prayers are with your family and staff.

Dr. Beavers will truly be missed by me and my family. I have been a patient of his for over 15 years. Dr. Beavers was a very caring person and loved caring for his patients. He cared about the well being of his patients. Dr. Beavers was a good man. REST IN PEACE.

I was so saddened when I heard Dr. Beavers passed away. I pray that God will comfort and minister to his family, friends, staff, and patients. He was a very nice man and will be greatly missed. I met Dr. Beavers in November 2010 when I began my TMJ treatments. I was shocked when he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him and let him know how I was doing! If he didn't answer his phone he would call me back quickly. He always had a smile for me and never failed to thank me for coming in to see him for my treatments. I am so thankful to Dr. Beavers and his staff for helping me be pain free. I wish Dr. Beavers had been able to see my treatment completed. I am so thankful that God allowed him to have the knowledge to help people and the heart to care about them. When I first started the treatments, I would call him and tell him it was hard to eat and I can still hear him say "you can have all the chicken soup you want". He was a very caring person and I am glad that I was blessed by being able to know him.

Thanks for giving me my wife back. You were one of a kind and I consider you a great friend. God bless you and I will see you again one day.

SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. PRAYING YOU YOU!

Cynthia, you are in our thoughts and prayers. God is with you and will be there for you. Sam was the Best!
Love you,
Gloria and Earl

We are thinking of your family at this sad time. We always enjoyed our ortho and dental appointments with you! You had a great sense of humor and always cared about your patients. May You Rest in Peace!
Helen Holt Paulson and Family

Dr Beavers was a genuinely concerned and caring person. He was able to bring patients out of pain, and encourage them. My heart goes out to his family, those he worked with, and the patients for whom he made such a difference. His passing creates a great loss.

I meet DR. Beavers office when I came to the office one day when my best friend Nicole was there. Nicole introduce me to him. He was really nice man I know he will be missed . I know he is new a good place and not suffer anymore. My prayers are with DR. Beavers family and co- workers.

Thoughts and prayers are with you. Dr B...you will be missed greatly and remembered lovelingly.

I was a patient of Dr. Beavers for 7 years. He was a wonderful, caring doctor that cured my TMJ. He was always smiling! It is rare when you find a doctor that makes you feel as though they truly care about you- he even gave me his cell phone number and said to call him anytime and if he didn't answer, you can be assured he would call back in minutes!! He would always fit me right in no matter what. I will miss him greatly. He was the BEST!

Dr. Beavers was a great guy with a wise sense of humor. I will definately miss his sense of humor (as well as his fussing about sleeping on my side). You will be greatly missed Dr. Beavers!
May his family find comfort during this time; God bless you all!
-DiAnnette & Kaelon

I am thinking of you, Cynthia, and Beau, as well as all the family during this time. I just loved Sam, and he always had a big smile to lift your spirit. He made even going to the Dentist an enjoyable experience.
God's Love to you and mine, Ethel Roberts Curry

Thanks for being the man and the Dentist you were. You will be missed.

I started seeing Dr. Beavers almost two years ago after having severe TMJ problems. I literally just picked his name out of the phone book. Two days later I walked out of the clinic wearing a splint, and my life was changed for the better. He told me to call him on his cell phone the next morning and let him know how I was doing. The next morning was Thanksgiving. I knew then that he was really a special and dedicated man to want his patients to call on a holiday just to check in. I will miss him telling me to stop sleeping on my face and to stop crossing my legs. I feel very blessed to have been his patient the last couple of years!

LRCHS Tigers 1963 you will be missed.

My prayers and thoughts are with Sammy's family. He was a great youjng man and I see he maintained that all his life. Gone too soon. God Bless all the family and friends.

Very seldom in our lives are we fortunate to have a friend like Sam. He was always there, even if you had not seen or talked with him recently. His impact on his family, friends and his beloved profession are his living will. For Cynthia, Beau and all those who lives Sam affected, my deepest sympathies. Ed Passini

i wish that i had the opportunity to thank Dr. B for being so kind and gracious to my wife, Tiffany. You not only were a mentor and teacher to her but truly a friend. I wish we would have been able to play that round of golf we always chatted about. You will be missed but never forgotten.

I am sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Beavers. I have been a patient of his for the last few years now and have really gotten close to him and his staff over the years. He was an outgoing, intelligent, and overall nice man. I will miss going to him every few months for a retainer check and hearing him say, "Rachel, STOP sleeping on your face." I enjoyed his presence while in the office and my visit with him each time. He will truly be missed!!!
You have my deepest sympathy during this time.
We will see you again some day, Dr. B!!! In the meantime, keep everyone in Heaven smiling and continue fixing their dental needs.

Our sincere sympathy to the family and office staff. I'm already missing my daily phone calls. Sam was my friend for more than forty years. Being younger than myself, you had often told me if I got to heaven first to put in a good word for you. Since you're already there, Sam, do the same for me. I love you Sam.

I will truly miss Dr. Beavers warmth and dedication. My condolences to the family...

"Stop sleeping on your face" are the words that I will forever have in my head. I couldnt get over on him not even for a minute. If I didnt do exactly what he told me to do, he had no problem letting me know that I was just going to wear braces longer...7 years...b/c I didnt do what I was told. But I enjoyed seeing him and his staff once a month anyway. He was a great dentist and a wonderful Human being. I'm so sorry for the family and for us patients too. Take comfort in knowing that he was a great person, and that you will see him again.
