So sad to hear of Janis's death--a dear friend from my childhood. Spent many happy hours with her and Karen Miller, Ford Barnes, Delwyn Wiley, Cecil Dennis,Greg Bullock, and so many more dear friends in Magnolia.. It was a special time and she was a special person. God bless...
To my dear friend Shelly, I wanted to send my deepest sympathies to you and your family as you now bear the loss of your loving mother, Jan.

Last Wednesday when Jesus went into Ms. Jan's room, HE said, "You have fought a good fight and now it is time to go home". She had her bags packed and was ready to go, and reached out and took the hand of Jesus. Immediately, her earthy gown was replaced by a gown made of materials our earthly eyes have never seen with colors our eyes can not absorb. As they ascended up into heaven, the angels were playing their harps and trumpets, and finally Jesus let go of Jan's hand as her feet touched the streets of gold. Waiting for her were her parents and ALL her loved ones who had gone on before her. Yes, she was very sad to leave Ron, Shelly, Christian and the grandchildren, although she is saving them all a seat at the banquest table. Heaven is a better place with the arrival of Janis Karen Robinson Baldwen. I pray for Perfect Peace to surround those who are temporarily left behind.
Ron and Christian,
I am sorry to hear of wife and mother's passing and I know that she will always be loved with a passion. Your battle against Alzheimer's was hard fought but unfortunately, the disease always prevails in the end. We will continue to do everything in our power to beat this disease so it does not consume more victims. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything. We are here for you always.
I have many wonderful childhood memories of "my Jane," including the time she turned "sweet 16." How appropriate the adjective! Jane and I remember so well how gracious she was during our Christmas holiday visits. Such a lovely human being--her spirit will always be in our hearts.
Shelly and Ron,
Please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your beautiful mother and wife. You were so devoted to her and we will be praying for your family in this difficult time. I only met her once and through her illness she had such a beautiful spirit. God Bless you all. Paul, Loran, Hunter, and Eva.
