Allen E. Epley, 70, of Conway, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, December 8, 2010. He was born August 20, 1940 in Big Dixie, Arkansas to the late Jim M and Nellie F. Neal Epley. Mr. Epley was retired from Ward Bus Sales where he was an electrician and of the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Allen Epley, Jr.; a brother, Billy Epley; and a great-grandson, Braiden Heartwick.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Anita E. Peeks Epley; four sons, John Epley of California, Charles Epley (Chrisie) of Clinton, Dion Epley of Conway and Paul Wayne Ashmore of Beebe; four daughters, Terri Christian of California, Bonnie Hamilton (Kevin) of Conway, Melissa Jones of Conway and Laura Ashmore of Beebe; two sisters, Betty Holcomb and Patricia Stacks both of Conway; a brother, Kenneth Epley of Nebraska; 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00pm, Friday, December 10, 2010 in Crestlawn Memorial Park with Reverend Betty Sue Holcomb and Reverend Lester Flowers officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, December 9, 2010, 6:00-8:00pm at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.

I am sorry I wasn't there with you or to say goodbye. Your with dad now and I hope your watching over me. I love you papaw and I apologize for it being so long before I saw you or being at your funeral. I will leave flowers for when I visit

I was very sorry to hear of Allen Earl's passing. I have fond memories of growing up and going to his house and how much fun it used to be. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. May the Lord bless and keep you.
