Bessie Inez Reagan, 97, of Paragould passed from this life on Thursday September 9, 2010 at Greene Acres Nursing Center. She was born August 11, 1913 in Cherry Valley to James and Luna Harrison Williams. Bess spent the early part of her married life in Michigan and then returned to Arkansas. She was a special volunteer for the Senior BEES for many years as a beautician in the Mini Rise Beauty Shop. Bess also worked in the courtyards at the Mini Rise planting beautiful roses and other flowering plants. All of the residents enjoy the beautiful courtyards today because of her work and love for plants and people. She was a member of the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ.

Bess was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Reagan; her parents; five brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews, and special friends Jim and Norma Bowlin.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ in Paragould.

Services will begin at 1:00 pm at the church with Art Smith officiating under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
