Gordia "Faye" Lowry, age 90 of Bryant, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. She was born July 23, 1919 in Sumpter, Arkansas to the late Benjamin J. Outlaw and Nancy Abigail Savage Outlaw. She was a grocery store clerk, beautician, homemaker and member of the Thursday's Together Club. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bryant.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Claude E. Lowry; grandson, Gregory Phillip Martin; brothers, Arthur and Milton Outlaw; sisters, Olivia Smith, Mozell, Maggie and Vada Outlaw, Ruby Spraggins and Judy Varnell.

She is survived by daughter, Phyllis Martin (Robert) of Bryant; grandchildren, Michael Lowry Martin of Bryant; Jason Ross Jacovelli (Jen) of Little Rock; great grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth and Samuel Martin Jacovelli of Little Rock; special niece, Roxie Ann Speir of Bryant and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 12:00 noon, Friday, July 23, 2010 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR 72209 (501) 455-5800. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 875, Bryant, Arkansas 72089.

Faye was a very special lady. I remember our good days
from Jackson St. when you all visited Judy. What great days they were! We have you in our thoughts and prayers.
