Robert D. Knapp, 68, of Bauxite, Arkansas formally of Lambrook passed away Thursday, March 31, 2010. Robert was born January 15, 1942 in Swifton, Arkansas to the late Darrell Knapp and Ethel Knapp.
Mr. Knapp is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vivian Knapp; a son, Phillip ( Angie) Knapp of Bauxite; 2 grandchidren, Zack and Skyla Knapp all of Bauxite; 4 sisters, Ramona (James) Moneyhun of Cave City, Carolyn (Larry) Slane of Elizabeth, Shirley Brister of Helena, Lawana (James) Newsom of Lambrook; 4 brothers Donald (Brenda) Knapp of Barton, James Gilbert Knapp of Memphis, Jerry (Linda) Knapp of Manila, Larry (Lea) Knapp of Indian Trail, N. C; brother-in-law, Jerald Zimmer. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Bonnie Zimmer.

Phillip - I taught you in fourth grade and remember you as a very good student, respectful in every way. It is very hard for a son to lose a father, and I hope your life is rich and rewarding. May God bless you in special ways throughout your life to come.
