Stephen was one of the first persons that I worked with in mental health in 1977. Hewas so supportive and helpful there in Helena and through the years with my work when I contacted him at his office in Hope for Social Security Disability. So wished I could have said goodbye to him a real regret. He will always live on in my memories. Dr. Brad Williams Jan. 25, 2010

Steve will be greatly missed and in honor of Steve i will decorate the Christmas Tree outside the lounge that we both decided to give it an opportunity to watch grow up from a small spruce. May God Bless Your Family
All the good times at tables, ceremonies, Christmas trees-all the good tales (that sometimes cleared the tables)-all the good deeds and friendship helps-all the good times are precious now. Our love to the family and our thanks to God for the privilege.

Some men leave their mark on the world by the way they live
and the difference they make in the lives they touch. Mary, although we have only known you and Steve for a short time, we feel richer for this. You and the family will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
What a privilidge and pleasure it was to have gone to Hendrix with Butch. Also was most fortunate to visit with him in Hope as we lived in Prescott for 30 years. I know the family will miss him so very much. My prayers to all in the family. Butch was one of the good guys.
I have known Steve for many years through our employment at SWACMHC. Because we worked in different clinics, I was not able to see him as often as I would have liked. I always enjoyed his wit. He was SO funny! Above that, he was a warm and kind man who truly cared about the people he helped. May God comfort you during this most difficult time. I am praying for you.
To the Crouch family;

And in this time of sorrow and loss, I want to share one scripture that always helps in coping with the loss of someone so dear: Phill 4:6 & 7
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Steve will be greatly missed by all of us who consider him a friend as well as the hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals he has helped over the years. He was a strong influence for many of us who worked by his side.
