Hal was a wonderful person and friend. He contributed much to government in Arkansas.
His knowledge of the Senate rules, helped young members find there way through their first session.
I will always remember him fondly.
Our deepest sympathy in your loss. May God bless you in this sad time in your lives. The one consolation that we have is that he is in a much better place.
Patsy, Keith, Scott, Ben & Marc,
Sincerest sympathies to the Family over the passing of our beloved Hal.
My Mother instilled in me her admiration & pride she felt for Hal, and of course, her love for the Moody Family. I have always felt that the truest measure of a successful man is the love and respect of his family, and Hal truly knew this success.
Loving thoughts and prayers to all of you,
Cathy
