I am so sorry for your loss, for my loss, for the world's loss... but I rejoice that Lindsey no longer struggles and that she is with our Savior. She lived a life, despite her challenges, that is so worth celebrating. I wish I could wrap my arms around you and comfort you. But let me tell you that knowing Lindsey has been a tremendous blessing in my life. When I met her for the first time I was so impressed with her big smile and her tenacious spirit! She blessed our lives and the lives of so many others ... she was not afraid to stand up for what was right, to fight the good fight. She was so giving, loving and strong in spirit. Her body may not have cooperated with her but her strength of character and spirit made up for that. She taught us how to not let anything stop us or get in our way... to live life to the fullest.
