Jean, Ron, Pam, Matt, Mase, John and Grant Clark -
Uncle Richard, the last of his group of ten siblings, is finally at peace - at last relieved of his lengthy final burden. At age 4 in 1935, on a hot summer day at Cato, Ark, I attended my first funeral - that of Richard's father, Jack. Such occasions are sad and I grieve with you for Richard, even though his passing brings a much needed end to his ordeal. Grant Collar Jr

We were very sorry to hear about Richard going home to be with our Lord. In the many years we have known Richard and had the honor of working side by side with him we found him to be a man of integrity, honesty and good character. I personally admired him for his faithfulness in every area of his life work, friendship, family and devotion to his Lord. We will miss him.

Jean and family. We send you all our love and thoughts and prayers. Always.
It was my honor to have met this man and shared his supper table, with okra and other fruits of his garden, and dominoes table. I was best friends with his beloved daughter, Martha, who shared many of his exceptional traits rooted in faith and family. I thank him for siring & raising such a jewel so that I could love her, and for his service to our country.
OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY.
Jean and family: You are in our prayers often. You've been special friends over the years ever since we lived across the street from you for awhile and then after you came to PV. We love Ron and Pam and Matt and Mason...a finer family could not be found. Richard and your influence is obvious.
I was so sorry to hear about Richard. I know what the family has been through and at least we know he is resting and at peace in a wonderful place. My condolences to the family
