Bobbie J. Cates, 79, of Vilonia, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009. Born in Emmett, AR on July 24,1930, she was a daughter to the late Lynn and Clara (Byers) Gist.
Bobbie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a member of Beryl Baptist Church.
A sister Minnie Richards and three brothers: James Gist, Buddy Gist and Bill Gist also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving husband Troy Cates; children James Mann (Cindy) of Bigelow, AR, Nelda Myers (Rick) of Red Feather, CO, Mary Jo Stanton (Bill) of Sherwood, AR and Marjorie Sowell (Bill), Anita Hardester (Dennis) and Ann Daniel (Steve) all of Vilonia; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Nov. 9, at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov.10 at Beryl Baptist Church in Vilonia with interment at Beryl Cemetery.

Majorie and Bill
I was so sorry to hear about Bobbies passing she was a wonderful person we sort of lost track after Wal-Mart but I never forgot her. I know she is happy with the Lord.
