What a blessing to be married to Grandpas oldest Grandson, Patrick. I see alot of Grandpa Leathers in him. Our boys were truley blessed to have had the honor of meeting and loving such a man as Grandpa was.
Of all the memories that I will cling to, it will be how he prayed. I loved to hear Grandpa Leathers pray. Each time I listened I could hear the love that he had in his heart for the Lord just through his words and how he spoke them.
I pray that God grants me and Patrick 63+ years of marriage as he has with Grandpa and Grandma Leathers.
May God be with each and everyone who loved him and will miss him dearly.
Until we see each other again!
We love you all!

My prayers are with your family in the loss of Mr. Leathers. I remember him as a respected leader in the church and the community. I admired all of you as we were growing up, and I know that was because of him and your mom. May God hold you close.
