Ray and my mother Ruby Cooper were cousins. Ray was a real neat, dressy man when I had the honor of meeting him. My Mom had so many happy stories to tell me of Ray's parents - Vernon and Mary. The Lord blessed my 2 sisters and me in 2003 when we spent sometime with Ray, Odean and Vernie.
Ray was a wonderful cousin. Naomi Littleton

Ray you will be greatly missed. I will never forget you and you're love for others. The times that you dressed up in your clown outfit and for all of your help with the music in the Children's Church. You're a very dear soul and a gentleman.

Love 2 all,

Danny,
I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. I admired him so much. When I would see him in town or at the funeral home he would always remember me. Your Clark's boy are'nt you he would ask and grin, then tell me a short story about growing up in Rose Bud.
Take care,

I first met Mr. Ray Cooper when I was a little boy and my dad would take me into his barber shop there on the west side of the White County Courthouse square for a haircut. Mr. Ray would sit me up on a board that went across the arms of the barber's chair and tell me to hold still or he might accidently cut one of my ears off! Of course, he was only kidding and would always treat me so kind and give me a piece of bubble gum when the haircut was finished. I have had the pleasure to know Ray in the other walks of his life as well and have always held him in high regard. He will truly be missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time. May God's grace be with them.

Even though I didn't know Mr. Cooper, I do know his son Danny, his wife and daugther. My family wants them to know that we are sadden by his loss of his dad. And that we will be praying for them daily through this time of grief.

I lost my mother a few years ago, and the loss of a parent is very tough, but I thank the Lord daily because I know one day I will see her again in Heaven.

Danny and MiDonna and Families
I have many memories of your dad. One had to do with singing conventions, making people laugh and he always had a hug for me when he saw me. I'[m sure he is having a good time singing in heaven with his friends. He and your mom will always have a special place in my heart. Gwen
