He was employed by Wal-Mart in Paris, AR
Survivors include his Father and Mother James and Patsy Rice of Paris, Arkansas; two daughters, Kesha Gunn and husband Eli of London,AR and Sabrina Varnell of Paris, AR
one son John Moore and wife Taletha of Russellville, AR
Best friend: Heather James of Paris, AR
Two Grandchildren
Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday August 14, 2008 at First Baptist Church-Paris with burial in Corley Cemetery-Paris with Rev. Edgar Pierce serving as clergy.

Visitation was held at Roller Chapel-Paris from 6-8 p.m., on Wednesday August 13, 2008
