James Michael Burroughs, 54, of Parkin, AR, passed away Saturday March 22, 2008 at his residence in Parkin. He was a farmer and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Herbert R. Burroughs, C.L. Burroughs and Junior Baskum Burroughs and one sister, Minnie Mae "Sissie" Pender. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Rogers) Burroughs of Parkin, AR; two daughters, Misty Burroughs of Wynne, AR and Brittany Burroughs of Parkin, AR; one son, Brandon Burroughs of Wynne, AR; three brothers, Tommy Burroughs of West Memphis, AR, Bud Burroughs of Biscoe, AR and Jack Burroughs of Biscoe, AR; nine sisters, Betty Harris of Southaven, MS, Myrtle Moore of Wynne, AR, Stella Moore of Biscoe, AR, Barbara Davis of Wynne, AR, Marie McMaster of Cherry Valley, AR, Flora Jones of Cherry Valley, AR, Mary Carle of Wynne, AR, Judy Humes of Widener, AR and Kay Burroughs of Cherry Valley, AR; his best friend, Bob Stafford of Cherry Valley, AR and three grandchildren.
