Betty, Nancy and family, so sorry for your loss. Lora was a very special person and I loved and respected her very much. I enjoyed working for her, John and you girls. Ann Johnson

Nancy and Betty We were so sorry to hear of your sweet mother's death. Doug and I bought our first "new" furniture from your Dad long before we knew your family as friends. I know there is victory in heaven this season for the return of a daughter to the Father. I just hope you and your families feel the peace and love that surrounds you as your friends send their prayers and wishes. Love to you all.

Our prayers are with you during this time.

Thinking of you and your family during your time of loss and keeping you in our prayers. Tony & Anita Coombe

Betty and Nancy, I just wanted to say how much Jonn and Lora meant to me. I'm sure there's a lot of people that have been touched by your Mom and Dad. What an honor to have wonderful christian parents so well thought of all through out the community. I have two pictures of John Sowell and my father, Doyle McGuire at Dad's last birthday party having fun. I keep the 8x10 pictures in front of my ironing board and love remembering that day. They were having so much fun. Just know my thoughts and a prayer are with you all at this time. Yes, they both will be missed. But I hope Dad and John and now Lora will look down on us with compassion and thanksgiving that they are no longer having to withstand this old sinful world. And we will all look forward to the grand reunion someday. I know I will! Nancy Clawitter

my thoughts and prayers are with you

I will always remember your Mother as one of the special mothers, that we all had on our block there on Arch Street. Everyone should have had a neighborhood like ours when we were growing up. Marcia Bagarella Williams

I'm so very sorry for your loss.

May God continue you to bless you and yours for the rest of the year and and a blessed 2008.
