Joe Edwin Cargile Sr. 71, of Bee Branch, Arkansas passed away November 23, 2007. He was born at Bee Branch, Arkansas on March 18, 1936 to the late James and Vernie Evans Cargile, also was preceded by a daughter Debra Jo Cargile and two grandchildren. He was a heavy equipment operator and a Christian.

Survivors include his wife Charlene Courtney Cargile of the home, his children Joe Cargile Jr. & wife Sadie of Damascus; Travis Cargile & wife Loretta of Quitman; Pam Cargile of Bee Branch; Angela Nelson and Lee Fits of Quitman; sister Lexie Brooks of Florence, Oregon; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Services are 10am Monday, November 26, 2007 in the Roller McNutt Chapel in Clinton with burial in the Bee Branch Cemetery with Kirk Hardy and Mark Glover officiating. Acting pallbearers are Wayne Carr, Tommy Cauley, Mark Glover, Wayne Lankford, Donald Treat and Kenneth Treat.

I just heard of Joe's passing Monday night. My prayers are with the family. My dad, Daniel Glover, thought a lot of Joe. Maybe they have met again since they have both made it home.
