Neil Partee, 87, Mountain View died in Mountain View on August 16, 2007.

He was born July 27, 1920 in Optimus, Arkansas to Mason and Viola (Stevens) Partee.

Neil was a minister and member of the East Side Church of Christ and was the owner of the H&R Block Income Tax franchise in Mountain View. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Jewell Partee; children; Orby Partee and wife Carolyn of Clinton, Garilyn Green and husband Roy of Mtn. View, Mike Hutchens and wife Denise of Memphis, and Candy Sheppard of Mtn. Home; grandchildren, Chris Green and wife Jennifer, Michael Green, Beth Stevens and husband Brock, Brad Partee and wife Susan, Jon Partee, Holly Sheppard Riesco and husband Jose and Carissi Hicks and husband Shannon; great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Mallory, Alexis and Hailee Green, Carlea, Tyler and Logan Stevens and Ryan, Hayden and Mason Partee.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Mason and Viola Partee; his wife, Pauline Sutton Partee; brothers, Thurlow, Logan, Gerald and Carl Partee and his sister, Elva Jessen.

Visitation is 5 9 p.m., Friday, August 17, 2007 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mountain View, Arkansas.

Funeral service is 2 p.m., Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mountain View, Arkansas.

Officiating will be: Sermon: Bro. Edgar Dye and Obituary: Bro. Harold Fite.

Music will be lead by Welton Simpson and Paul White.

Interment will be in Flatwoods Cemetery, Mountain View, Arkansas.

Pallbearers are Tom Adams, Butch Ivey, Paul White, Roy Brown, Jay Reynolds and Burl Young.

Honorary pallbearers are Don Craig, Cecil Brittain, Welton Simpson and Dr. James Zini.
