I used to drink coffee with Joe and Clarence Hobbs every morning, when Joe was the manager of the West's Department Store in Conway. We lost touch after I left Conway. He was a prince of a guy, and he'll be missed. Sympathies to the family during this most difficult time.

Joe, I know how much you loved and respected your Dad. Words can not express the sadness we feel for you during this time of grief. I know our God and your Dad's God will be faithful to you and your entire family during this time of grief and transition. I know whom I believe and I know He is faithful for these days!!! Joe, your Dad is a peace and I pray the same for you. Love and prayers, Janice & Frank Starkey
