Frankie L. Jarrard, 74 of Paris, Arkansas died March 23, 2006 in Paris, Arkansas. He was owner and President of Jarrard Auto Parts and Jarco Equipment in Paris. He served as past president of the Paris Chamber of Commerce, Board member of St. Edward Mercy Medical Center, Jaycees member, Kiwanis Club Past President. While serving on the Airport Commission he served as chairman and on the Arkansas Community Development Program was awarded “Exceptional Accomplishment”. His hobbies included flying and golfing. As a member of the First Baptist Church he served as a Deacon and a Sunday School Teacher.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Frank L. and Jessie (Hillian) Jarrard; wives, Mary Francis (Ewing) Jarrard and Virginia Beshoner Jarrard.
Survivors include three sons and daughters in law, Lee Jarrard, Les and Brenda Jarrard, Lance and Lisa Jarrard all of Paris; three grandchildren, Blake Jarrard, Adam Jarrard and Mattie Jane Jarrard.
Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday March 25, 2006 in First Baptist Church-Paris with Rev. Edgar Pierce and Rev. Ralph Ehren officiating. Pallbearers: Bill Grist, Gene David, Herschel Cleveland, Garland “Red” Williams, Tim Chapain and Robert Ehren. Honorary Pallbearers: Grapevine Morning Coffee Group.
