March 7, 1935 - October 8, 2018 Tommie Lee Winkle Ramey, 83, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born March 7, 1935 in Batesville, Arkansas to the late Tommy and Alean Winkle. She was retired from Bobbie Brooks and Wal-Mart.
She is survived by two sisters, a daughter, and many nieces and nephews.
Tommie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bruce, Sr.; and son, Bruce, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at West Helena Baptist Church on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. with Dr. Jerry Gay officiating. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to West Helena Baptist Church.
