Edith Frances Taulbee

April 14, 1924 - August 18, 2018 Edith Frances Taulbee, 94, of Little Rock passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018. She was born April 14, 1924, in Portland, Maine, the daughter of Edward R. and Elsie F. Perdew, and in 1942 married Vernard Clyde Taulbee.
A longtime resident of Louisville, Kentucky, and later Naples, Florida, Edith lived with family the last two years in Little Rock. A woman of great fortitude - a "tough ol' bird" - she worked at a Naples Hallmark Cards store until she was 92.
Edith was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sister, Mary Ellen Pike; and son, Vern C. Taulbee (Irene Montgomery).
She is survived by her sons, Glenn Edward Taulbee (Caryn) and Dr. Wayne Alan Taulbee (Mollie); eight grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
