Bobby Franklin Lumley

of Vilonia, AR

September 19, 1933 - November 15, 2005

     Bobby Franklin Lumley, 72, of Vilonia, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at Conway Regional Medical Center.

     Born September 19, 1933, in Augusta, AR, a son of the late Arthur Franklin Lumley and Dorothy (Charles) Lumley Pruitt, he was a truck driver, a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a member of Naylor United Methodist Church for 26 years.

     Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Erma (Atkinson) Lumley; one son, Goley Lumley and wife Rhonda of Vilonia; two daughters, Beula Ivy and husband Melvin of Enola, Susy Webb and husband Mark of Mt. Vernon; eight grandchildren, Amanda, Stephanie and Dwayne Ivy, Jimmy and Heather Lumley, Emily, Jacob, and Tommy Webb; one great-granddaughter, Audrie; and many nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Betty Thornton.

     Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Rev. Joe Engdahl and Rev. Harold Claassen officiating. Interment will follow at Naylor Cemetery.

     Visitation is Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

     Pallbearers will be Fred Henderson, Charles Jobe, Skip Cates, L.D. Fason, Gordon Prowse, and Frankie Gardner. Honorary pallbearers will be Forrest Jobe, Glen Henderson, Raymond Colbert, Joe Eck, Jimmy Prowse, and Raymond Ivy.
