Christine (Steed) Smith, 71, passed away April 08, 2017 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born July 25, 1945 to Arthur Harry and Martha Lorine (Hancock) Steed. Christine enjoyed crocheting and tending plants in her garden.

Christine is survived by her son, Simon Smith of Mountain View, Arkansas; one brother, Hank L. Steed, Sr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one uncle, Charles Hancock ,Jr. of Alderson West Virginia; three nieces, Theresa Trammell, Jennifer Chrisman, and Melody Younger; and one nephew Hank Steed Jr. all of Mountain View.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Sugar Hill Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home is in charge of the service.
