Lou Joyner, 78, of Batesville died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at White River Medical Center.
She was born in Judsonia, Arkansas on February 24, 1934 to Henry Harry and Lucye (Morgan) Hubach. She was an interior decorator and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Batesville.
Survivors include her son, Jeff Joyner of Batesville; a sister, Kathryn Hastings of Judsonia; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon Joyner; brothers: Edwin Morgan Hubach, Henry Harry Hubach, Jr.; sisters: Marye Wood, Martha McPhail; and infant twins.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Evergreen Cemetery. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Judsonia under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
