Lewis C. Dortch, age 83, of Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 6, 2012. He was born November 25, 1928 in Sheridan, Arkansas to the late Marvin Dortch and Ellie Mae Finley Dortch.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bernice Emily Dortch; brothers , Clatalee and Oral Dortch; and son, Timothy Dortch.

He is survived by his son, Larry Dortch and wife, Annette of Kearney, Missouri; grandchildren, Mike, Brittany and Megan; great grandchild, Andrew; sisters, Geneva Lozano and husband, Bill of Benton; Bonita Metzger and husband, Lewis of Little Rock; and Juanita Duggan and husband, Chuck of Mabelvale.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2012 at Archview Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Lost Creek Cemetery, Sheridan, Arkansas.
