E. Maureen Lambert, 56, of Jonesboro died Sunday, February 13, 2005 at NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born Saturday, April 17, 1948 in Batesville, she was the daughter of William Ray Neeley and Esther Lee Ozel Hinchman Neeley of Batesville. She was a clerk/bookkeeper at American Abstract and was of the Presbyterian faith.
She was a workaholic, natural free spirit, a simple person, kind to everyone; she loved children and showed a great love toward her nieces and nephews and bought gifts for all of them. She loved her dog , Chingo, and the beach. She went parasailing two weeks ago in Mexico.
Survivors include her son, Loyd Lambert of Jonesboro, Arkansas; her parents, William Ray and Esther Lee Neeley of Batesville; a sister, Angelee Snapp of Jonesboro; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lamar Lyles.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cushman, Arkansas with Alan Meinzer officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville (870) 793-4161.
