November 4, 1937 - May 12, 2010 Mary Margaret Stokes, age 72 of Maumelle, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. She was born November 4, 1937 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late William and Bridget Halloran.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Stokes and son, Michael Stokes.
She is survived by sons, Allen David Stokes and Patrick Stokes both of Alexander; daughter, LouAnn Cauthron of Maumelle; five grandchildren, Sean Cauthron of Maumelle; Ryan, Joshua and Alexa Stokes of Alexander; Jessica Morrow of Little Rock; two great grandchildren and cousin, Pat O’Donnell of Pennsylvania.
She had an outgoing personality and never met a stranger. She always had a helping hand for everyone and never asked for anything in return. The loss we feel here is a new angel in heaven.
Rosary service will be 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 14, 2010 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR 72209 (501) 455-5800. Family will receive friends 6:00-7:00 p.m. prior to rosary.
