Finis Ezekiel Doolin, 81, of Batesville passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022.
He was born August 31, 1940 in Marcella, Arkansas to Hiram LaVoid Doolin and Eulia Mae Patterson Doolin.
Finis was of the Baptist faith and loved his family greatly. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the VFW in Batesville, and a truck driver for 32 years. He was a pilot and belonged to the Corvette Club. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and 4wheelers, hiking and taking long walks, dancing and hunting.
Survivors include his three daughters, Anita Redenbaugh (Richard Reeves) of Spring Hill, Kansas, Audra Doolin (Kevin Sprague) of Linn Valley, Kansas and Angela Spielbusch (James) of Gardener, Kansas; significant other, Doris Slater of Batesville; brother, Jimmie Doolin (Nellie) of Overland Park, Kansas; two sisters, Fern Cassidy of St. Louis, Missouri and Ollie Golden of Montgomery, Alabama; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Hazel Doolin Ray, Mary Doolin Griggs, Marie Doolin Warren and infant sister, Gertrude Doolin.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
I'm going to miss him so much, my heart is broken, I love him so much. He was the best guy ever,he was so fun to be around ,he would do anything for anybody. I have some good memories about him . Love you finis with all my heart. REST IN PEACE !!
Finis was great mentor for me. He is the reason that I am Teamster car hauler today. I always enjoyed listening to his advice and stories.

I remember your loud laugh and smile. You will certainly be missed by many.
You will be sadly missed. I remember in my younger days when I was at Nellie and Jimmy's house, you taking me for a ride on your motorcycle.
