I just today (Dec 17, 2020) learned that Jerry has died.I am devastated. Jerry and I were close friends back in the 1980s before I was transferred from Ideal Cement to manage the GN&A Railroad in Nashville, Ark. after that, I returned to the cement division and was only able to visit with Jerry and his wife milinda one time. Jerry and i loved to bass fish and we even went to Mexico and Florida on two great trips. I will forever remember Jerry as one of my very best friends. My sincere condolences go to his wife Milinda and their sons. I had been trying to reach Jerry but the old Batesville phone was out of service and I did not know he had moved. I even tried his brother-in-laws phone, Dick kirkpatrick and saw he too had died. i am very sad at losing two friends = Dick in 2014 and Jerry only last month.
Just now learning of Jerry’s passing. I always had the utmost respect for him. A great example of a Christian man. My thoughts and prayers go to Milinda, Scott, and the entire family.

My heart goes out to the family! Death is our enemy but there is a wonderful promise in the Bible that we will see our loved ones again! (John 5:28,29)ðŸ™
Very sorry for your loss.
Sorry for your loss.
Brent and I loved Jerry so much! He was a great friend and neighbor in the Deer Run community and even when he and Melinda moved away! I so remember the first time I met Jerry, he was working on his boat dock and I walked over to ask him if he needed some help! He looked at me and was wondering what in the world could I do to help him!! So he stopped what he was doing and we sit and talked for hours! That’s Jerry such a great guy for sure! We will miss him so much but we love him even more! He’s in a great place with his Lord! Love you and Melinda with all our hearts! Janet and Brent Edgin
Praying for peace and comfort during this time.

My condolences to all of you. Throughout my time in the Batesville area I have crossed paths with many of your family members. The memory of each of you brings a smile to my face at the moments we shared. Prayers for your family as they travel in for the service and in the days to come as you adjust to life without Mr. Mourer.
