Betty Jo (Plumlee) Laubenstein, age 74, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 28, 2022 at her home.

Betty was born May 23, 1947 in Gassville, Arkansas to the late Harley and Beatrice (Glover) Plumlee. She had lived in the area since 2009 coming here from Stockton, California. She was a member of Flippin Church of God. Betty retired from the Salvation Army in 2007 where she had been assistant property manager. She and her husband managed the Silver Crest Properties in Stockton, California and Phoenix, Arizona before retirement. After moving back o Arkansas she spent her time enjoying family, mainly her grandchildren.

Betty is survived by her husband, John, of the home; three sons: David Mason (Tina) of Melbourne, Arkansas; Bobby Laubenstein (Melissa) of Livermore, California; Anthony Laubenstein (Melissa) of Stockton, California; her brother Harley Plumlee (Bonnie) of Yellville, Arkansas; her sister Jeanie Poindexter (Ben) of Loomis, California; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Reba Landrum.

A memorial service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Flippin Church of God with Bro. Heith Hogan officiating.

Arrangements are by Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.
