Carl J. Fox, 60, a resident of Ratcliff, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith.

He was born July 13, 1961, in Frankfurt, Germany to the late Carl Vondon and Calista Jean (Fennell) Fox. Carl was a veteran of the United States Navy. After his military career, Carl spent his most recent working years in receiving at the Wal Mart Distribution Center in Clarksville. He was a member of the Caulksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In his spare time, Carl enjoyed fishing, the ocean, the band Kiss and most importantly, his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Maria Fox of Ratcliff; a son, Aaron Fox of Ratcliff; two grandchildren, Matthias and Marlee Fox; three sisters, Jeania Fox of Midway, Elizabeth Fox of Paris and Kim Caid of California, a nephew, Dallas Hawes of California and two nieces, Heather Rice of Midway and Sara McCallum of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cremation arrangements are private under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
