Jo Anna Walker, age 78, passed away in Memphis, Tennessee on Friday, January 27, 2023. She was born March 31, 1944 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to parents, William and Marjorie Webster Shank. Later in life, Jo met and married her love, Ricky Walker Sr. The two were able to spend the next 22 years together before God called her home.

Jo was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church of West Memphis, Arkansas and leaves many friends. She worked many years as a Teacher Assistant in the field of education.

Jo is survived by her loving husband, Ricky; son, Ricky Lee Walker Jr and her daughters, Dianna Steele (John) and Sherry Hockenberry. Jo also leaves her brother, William Shank. She will be deeply missed by one grandchild, Joshua Bostwick (Jamie) and one great grandchild, Tripp Bostwick.

A memorial service will take place at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Cornerstone Baptist Church in West Memphis. Visitation will precede from 12:00 PM until the service time.
