I was so sad to read about Jackie's death. He and Anna Beth were so special to me. I lived on Quinn Street and just always knew Anna Beth. In later years, I taught school with her and Jackie was my science teacher when I was in the 9th grade and then the principal when I was teaching. Such fond memories of them both. They are both missed.

Mr. Crosthwait was not only a great principal, he was a great mentor and friend! Some of my best days in school were in Osceola Jr. High. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face and a kind and encouraging word to say to any and all the children! I am truly sorry for your loss and will forever remember Mr. Crosthwait and Mrs. Crosthwait! Bob, Jack and families, you all are in my thoughts and prayers! Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

Bob, Jack, and family, I'm sorry to hear of your dad's passing. A life well-lived.
He and your mother were both truly inspirational people, and had a great impact on my life. Their names come up often in conversations and fond memories of my school days in Osceola. You two hold a special place in my heart, as well. Love and prayers, Laurie

Mr. Crosthwait was my Jr. High Principal. Actually, we were his last Freshman Class before he retired. We were blessed to have Mrs. Crosthwait as our teacher and Mr. Crosthwait as principal. We are better people because of them. Condolences and prayers to Bob, Jack and family.

Prayers for the family Mr. Crosthwait. He and his wife went to Calvary Baptist, where I attended. If I’m not mistaken, he taught science in the seventh grade. Anyway, everybody thought the world of him and his wife. Didn’t really know his kids, but prayers for all of you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
